Natalie brings a strong foundation in people operations, organizational development, and strategic communication, supported by extensive experience in dynamic, high-growth environments. Her background in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and Business Finance allows her to blend behavioral insight with strategic execution – strengthening internal operations, elevating team performance, and sharpening Landit.ai’s external voice.
Since joining the company, Natalie has led the development and management of Landit.ai’s internship program, ensuring early-career contributors gain meaningful, skills-based experience aligned with organizational objectives. Her leadership has formalized the program into a structured, scalable initiative that supports both individual growth and company-wide productivity.
Natalie has also strengthened Landit.ai’s internal and external communication capabilities by refining the cadence and quality of internal communication and establishing the company’s multi-channel social media and brand presence. She works closely with the CEO and C-suite to ensure that decisions, priorities, and initiatives are clearly aligned and implemented across teams.
