LOS ANGELES, CA – The Herrera Immigration Law Group, led by Principal Immigration Attorney Max Herrera, JD/MBA, is reaffirming its mission to provide compassionate, accessible, and results-driven immigration legal services for individuals and families across the United States. With offices serving clients nationwide, the firm focuses on employment-based visas, marriage-based immigration, fiancée visas, U visas, VAWA, affirmative asylum, waivers, family-based, employment-based green cards/ permanent residence, U.S. Citizenship/ Naturalization, E-treaty investor visas, and EB-5.

Herrera’s approach to immigration law is shaped by his own family’s immigrant story – one of perseverance, education, and shared success. His immediate family and extended family immigrated from Asia, Europe, and South America decades ago, arriving with little more than two suitcases and their professional degrees. “We lived in a house with aunts, uncles, cousins and my grandmother,” Herrera recalls. “I watched my family study for their medical board exams, improve their English, and move forward with perseverance and diligence.”

Those experiences built the foundation for Herrera’s deep respect for immigrant families and their pursuit of opportunity. My mother and father treated everyone with kindness and respect. “My mother would say, ‘treat everyone like you would like to be treated and be a great professional like your dad,” he adds. “That philosophy still guides how I practice law with empathy, dedicated work, and genuine respect for every client.”

As the U.S. immigration landscape grows increasingly complex, The Herrera Immigration Law Group aims to be a steady resource for newcomers seeking legal clarity and hope. The firm prioritizes education and communication, ensuring clients understand every step of their case while building long-term relationships grounded in trust.

“At the end of the day, our job isn’t just about paperwork or court filings,” says Herrera. “It’s about keeping families together, helping employees and employers, and honoring the sacrifices that brought immigrants to the United States.”
